I made this for a NYE get together. It was a hit!! Hubs gave me huge props. This is a definite make again!!
1 14 oz jar of marinated artichokes
1 cup of mayonaise (I used Hellmans)
1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
chopped jalapenos to taste
I put the artichokes in my new food processor and chopped them up. Then added the mayo and jalapenos. Then I moved that to a bowl and stirred in the cheese. Then bake at 350 until it gets bubbly and slightly brown on top.
This is a perfect dip for a cold winter night in. I served it with thinly sliced baguette bread lightly toasted in the oven.
