I HATE instant mashed potatoes!!! I don't know what these are made of...I would rather lick the bottom of my flip flop. When we first got married, instant mashed potatoes were a common side dish. I'm not sure if we had a different palate or were just so dirt poor that we ate whatever just for the sake of eating. Or maybe we have tasted the "greener grass" and these now taste like mushed paper. I vow to never ever ever buy instant mashed potatoes again the rest of my life!!!
